Notes
This run was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the pace of my two 15 minute fast sections was pretty similar to last week, with the first being faster pace and the second being the same pace. On the other hand, the second interval had to be run very slow in parts because I had some GI problems. I had to cut a mile off the end so I could use the bathroom at the Warren Store, but the run was not too bad overall.
