Not a bad run, though my HR was kind of hard to control during a lot of it. There were certain stretches along this loop that would cause my HR to spike every lap, even though they seemed flat. The weather was decent, low 70s and just before sunset. My legs are feeling a bit beaten up from this one for some reason.
