Notes
I've taken the last two days off because badminton on Saturday destroyed me. I couldn't run that afternoon, and the following day I was too sore to even walk around, let alone run. Today I was a bit better, but not by much, so this run was kind of tough on my body overall despite feeling fairly easy pace-wise. My Achilles felt good though, and that's the important thing right now, so this run was good. This will be my first week back to actual training, hoping it goes well.
