Notes

First track workout of the summer, 10x400 with 400m recoveries. I was going to do 12x400, but my legs were shot after 10, so I had to back out. These actually felt pretty good, I kept the pace fairly even the whole time, within 1:23 and 1:25 with very few variations. I definitely couldn't go faster, but I'm pretty sure I could have done 5x800 at the same pace so that's a positive. I will certainly need a break tomorrow though, my legs are going to be sore after this.
