I'm feeling the best I have all week, which probably means I'm good to get back to a real schedule again. I ran a bit fast, but I felt strong and didn't have any aches in my legs or my neck. Starting on Tuesday I'll do a reduced version of my pre-neck injury schedule, then probably get back into it for real the following week.
