Notes

I tried to keep this one relatively easy, but I ended up running harder than I anticipated. My legs felt pretty fresh, which was nice given I did 10 miles on Sunday for the first time in a while. I finished this up with 4x8 second hill sprints. They felt OK, but my left achilles was a little achy afterwards. I'll see how I feel tomorrow and the next day before I decide to do anymore.
