Notes
This felt fantastic today. I went out mid-morning and got this run in around Fitchburg. I felt very good, no aches or pains, and I think I'm finally starting to handle the hills around here. I wanted to do more like 6 or 7, but I ran into time constraints. Other than that, this run was great.
