Having a good day makes a bad day even worse. Today was pretty shitty, and it really illustrates how bad my fitness is. It was a very good temperature, yet I was still struggling with my HR today. That 190 max was achieved going up a hill at ~9:30 pace. Ridiculously poor fitness.

Also, my legs were hurting for the first time in a while. The left achilles pain was present for a lot of the run, different than it was before, but still pain in a similar spot. Tomorrow might be a good day to take off.
