Despite the much higher temperature, this felt like a better run than yesterday. Probably because I didn't wear the Altras today, but my legs just felt altogether better. We ended a bit early because the heat was taking a toll on Ellen, but this was an encouraging run for me. The kidney stone is behind me and my legs felt good, so all I need to do is stay consistent and keep on getting into shape.
