Notes
This was just a run around Hopkinton on the night that we got there. I cut it short by a couple miles because it got dark and I was scared to be running around that twisty road with no visibility.
I ran relatively hard on this one for no real reason except that I felt like it. It didn't feel that hard, but I ran faster than I thought I was going. I ran pretty much the same pace all the way through, although I worked harder to maintain in in the last 3-4 miles, since they were mostly uphill.
