Notes
Last workout before the half marathon. I did 3 miles at what I think is half marathon pace (7:15), and it felt pretty decent. No aches, no pains, I think I'm in good shape. I'm disappointed that it's not faster, but I got derailed for a while in the winter with that achilles injury, so I'll just be happy that I can do it at all and that I'll (hopefully) be faster than Cape Cod (October 2022).
