Notes

A little bit harder than I expected. but I still feel good and fresh afterward. This is definitely a case where I could have gone around again. I wanted a 10 mile tempo workout, but my homework took me 3 hours, so I only had time to squeeze in this 5.5 miler. I included 10x15 second strides to ~800 pace with 45 second jogging rest, from about mile 2.5 to 4 or so.
