Easy run to Old Farm Road and back. It felt good, my pace was really pretty fast considering I wasn't pushing at all. I guess that's not totally true, since for the last mile I ran into this family of tourists that are staying out at the Sanctuary, and of course I had to look good for them, so clearly I was forced to push it from the Sanctuary up past Lynn's house. This is where I hit my 161, going up that hill. That was really only about a quarter mile, so it didn't have a huge impact, but I did finish probably 20-30 seconds earlier than I would have.
