First day back after my four week break. I was glad to find that I am not at square one; my cardio system is doing just fine and I feel like I didn't lose a lot in that regard (thank you, bike!), but my legs will need a couple weeks to get back into the game. I thought I felt a little something in the injured foot, but either I was imagining or it went away really quickly.
My HR was all over the board today, and I think it had more to do with finally getting over my flu yesterday than it did with having just rode the bike for four weeks.
