Awesome run, start to finish. Began with about 7:30 pace, which dropped gradually until I settled into probably 7:05-7:10 pace. The last two miles were ~6:30 and ~5:50. With the exception of the 5:50 (which was a pretty good effort) everything felt very easy. The only negative of this run was that I had some serious chafing on the balls area. Ouch.
