Notes
Today I ran to Charlie Ashley Road down Rt 100 and back. I didn't run really easy, but I wasn't working too hard either. I just ran a fairly comfortable pace out and back. One of my knees was bothering me a bit, but it stopped before the run was even over, so I'm not sure what to think about that.
