I did the North Hollow loop down Maston Hill Road, but I took a left and went off to J&H to pick up my car. On the way there, I did two 10 minute segments, one at 6:20 pace and one at 6:00 pace. The 6:20 felt very relaxed, and while the 6:00 was still relaxed, it felt much more strenuous. It was a much hillier segment, so I'll assume that is what made it so much harder.
