Notes
This run was probably a little more than I should have done after yesterday's track workout. My legs felt pretty heavy the whole way, so I just took it easy and ran at a pretty relaxed pace. I kicked the last 1.5 miles in at around 6:50 pace, which is kind of disappointing but then again I did a hard workout last night. When I finished I felt good, so I don't think the run took too much out of me.
