Today was a truncated hill workout: 10 minute warm-up, 8x1 minutes hard/2 minutes easy, then a 5 minute cool-down. My IT bands were stiff when I started but I loosened up pretty well. The actual reps were much easier than last week's at the same incline and speed and I definitely could have continued doing more of them.
