Notes

Easy 15 minute warm-up, then 1 minute as hard as possible, 1 minute rest, and 1 minute as hard as possible. HR topped out at 200, and since this was on a bike I would guess it was more like 210, so now I have a better idea of my max heart rate. It was hard, and I felt like throwing up afterwards.
