Pretty solid workout today. Instead of doing the 40 minutes straight out, I did 4 x 10 minutes at steady state pace with 2 minutes rest between. I was able to keep my heart rate in the zone for the whole 40 minutes doing this, and it let me keep the pace nice and even (~7:2k or so). I felt good today, though my lower legs do feel a little bit beat up from this workout. I'll definitely take it easy tomorrow.
