I took a three days off since my last walk/run, not really for any particular reason. Today I did 2 off/2 on, and I felt really good doing it. I was feeling so good that I decided to do my last two minute run at about 6:30 pace, which was nice. I am already a touch sore from it, though, so probably not a good idea.
