Airport Road threshold run today, I went around the village to make it 10 miles even. I did 2x15 minute hard sessions with a 5 minute break in between. The first 15 minute interval was around 6:30-6:40 pace with some considerable uphill sections. The second was somewhere around 6:15-6:20 pace with a bit of an uphill, then a long downhill and about an equal distance flat. The run was pretty tough, especially toward the end of the second interval, but overall I felt really good after I was done.
