A very easy run before heading to work. This run was much better than the last two, and although it was only 6 miles I knew yesterday at 3 miles that it was going to be a bit rough, and today I knew at mile 1 that it was going to be smooth sailing. Seems like that whole early morning routine is really what kills me.

I did 7x8 second hill sprints today as well, since I definitely need to get these back into the routine. They felt good, and for the last mile of the run I felt much stronger. Perhaps after doing hill sprints regularly for a while, that's how I'll feel during every run? If that's even a little bit true, they'll probably be the single best thing I've done for my running.
