Not a bad run today, but not great either. It's not all that much fun doing laps on the roads that are clear, but I guess that's how it goes in the winter. My legs felt pretty good today, but there was a slight bit of soreness in the left achilles left over from the slippery conditions. I'll have to keep an eye on that and see how it goes.
