Notes
This was kind of unpleasant. I planned on 6 at my moderate pace, but after I got through 4 at that pace I just had to back it off and finish up at <70% HRR. My legs were heavy as hell for some reason, and even though the pace was no faster than I usually run at 80%, my legs couldn't deal with it today. Hopefully a few days of easy runs will take care of that heaviness.
Also did 5x10 second strides, so this may have had some impact as well. I would hope I could hande a few strides, but you never know. They felt pretty good while doing them, so that's a plus.
