Notes

Very solid workout today. I did 2 x 20 minutes at steady state pace with a 2 minute recovery. I felt excellent from start to finish, doing the 20 minute segments at around 7:12 pace. The whole thing felt very under control and I definitely could have done more at this pace. My legs also felt good; no real soreness or anything, with just a touch of achilles tightness in the last 5 minutes or so. All in all, this was a fantastic workout.
