Felt good, I was able to run all the hills. I loved being able to just run on the long downhill. Average about 135-136 BPM, spiked at 147 going up a hill, so I backed off slightly and brought it down without having to walk. This will be the last time I do the Prickly Loop until at least April, the snow makes the first 3/4 of a mile impossible to run, so I have to walk.
