Notes
This was a much harder run than it should have been. I ran home after work, and it was about a 1.5 mile descent, then some flat, and then about 4 miles of climbing. Combine that with a poor night's sleep and a full day of work on my feet, and this is a bad run. Probably going to take a rest day tomorrow, and perhaps a rest week. I'm feeling like I'm riding the edge of getting sick and I don't want to drop off the edge.
