Kind of a rough run today, it was raining this morning so we watched USA vs Algeria instead of going to work. When the game was over we planned on going in so I ran down to the village, but I was having some serious stomach issues. I just kept it easy and ran the last mile at a comfortably hard pace, around 6:50.
