Notes

It was chilly, windy, and rainy today, so the run started off miserable. It ended up turning to a pretty decent run though, for the first time since I got back after being sick, my legs felt really good. All soreness was gone and my legs felt nice and fresh.

I also did 3x10 second hill sprints, which made the soreness come back a bit, but some foam-rolling took care of that remarkably well.
