After failing this workout last week, I came back and tried again today. With the good temperature, this workout was much easier than last week. Except for the anomalous first 1200 where I was way off pace, the next 3 were all right on target, and none of them felt horribly stressful. Although I'm still disappointed with how slow my race pace is, I'm glad that I was able to complete this workout up to my current ability.

This also marks the last 5k pace workout for a while, since next week I'll be moving on to the half marathon pace workouts instead.
