Today is the end of my marathon plans for May. My leg felt great so I was out for an easy run. For 4 miles it felt 100%, no issues at all. Right around 4 miles, I felt a popping sensation in my calf and it was over. I couldn't even put weight on the leg. Looks like it's going to be much more biking for a while.
