I did this 40 minute run at the PT's office. It's so hot in there, but I felt good while running. My right leg was 100% the whole time, but my left leg was getting sore like it has been the past few runs. He said not to worry too much as long as it's not getting worse, but to keep an eye on it. I have the go-ahead to run 15-20 miles a week and see how I feel.
