I ran down the East Warren Road to the Common Road and then down to Dr. Cook's office for a total of 11.43 miles. I felt a bit tired, but even though I was keeping my heart rate in my range I was moving much faster than I expected. Regardless, I definitely could have gone farther, so I'm pretty sure I wasn't pushing too hard.
I'm getting worried about the pain in my tibia. It still doesn't hurt when I walk or even run, but it's now tender to touch basically all the time. I've been icing it, and I think probably the sensible thing to do will be to rest it for a few days. The big hurdle there is convincing myself that I can take a few days off and not have it ruin me.
