Notes
This one was kind of rough. Since the first few miles is a fairly steady climb, I was already pretty tired out halfway through. The last few miles is a gradual decline, however, so that was ok. My legs are decently fatigued after this one, and despite trying to hold back I ended up averaging 7:40s. I think I'm ready for a bit more distance, maybe 8 or 9 miles, but I need to find a course that eases me into the hills instead of throwing them at me out of the gate.
