Good workout today, I wish I had felt as good for last week's workout. I could have easily matched the 5 intervals from last week, and probably tossed that 6th on as well, all the while running sub 5:50s compared to the 5:55s from last week. The only problem was that my right hip tightened up a lot on the way home, making it very hard to run. I hope it's just tightness and not injury.
