I didn't really feel like running today, I'm not sure why. I did it anyway, and as usual I'm glad I did, but this run was a little tougher than a normal sub-145 bpm run. It was kind of hot today, and working at the Champlain Farms in the evenings makes it hard to hydrate, so I kind of struggled today. It was still easy though, and it was such a nice day.
