Really great workout this morning. My legs felt amazing and the pace felt pretty easy. I did 3 x 8 minute segments at about 6:45 - 6:50 pace with a 2 minute jog recovery. I felt really good throughout, despite the crazy wind that made it hard to keep my pace up. Other than that, this was a very encouraging run.
