Notes

This was a pretty good one, it started out bad and ended up awesome, so it averaged out. I think I want to avoid courses like this for a while though. The first 6 miles were flat and climbing, and the next 6 were flat and descending, both of which beat up my legs. I felt good at the end though, the legs were feeling tired but not dead. My left Achilles is giving me issues, but I think that'll clear up with some light rehabbing.
