Notes
This was a pretty strong effort today. Ellen was getting her colonoscopy done, so I ran 7 miles around the river at a pretty decent clip. It was fairly warm out this morning, with strong sun, so this run took more out of me than I'd have wanted. That said, my legs felt great and I'm really pleased that I was able to bang through this relatively easily. It's good encouragement that my fitness didn't just disappear over the past few tough weeks.
