Notes
Today was a nice long run. I was hoping for 14, but we ended up having to stop a bit early for a couple of different reasons. I felt very good throughout this run, and it's very encouraging that this distance felt so manageable. I have a goal of getting to 16 before "real" marathon training starts in March, and I think that will be very doable. I didn't even have much issue with the Ottawa sprain, which is nice. To be fair, we ran this pretty easily for the most part, but I felt very good.
