Well, running before work last week didn't pan out; actually, it never even happened. I need to really buckle down and just get myself up.

It was humid today, but I took it very easy and just jogged along. Never noticed any calf stuff at all, so that's a good sign. I suspect all the walking I do at work is helping get blood flow to the area, speeding up my healing.
