Notes

I cut short the Silver Hill Loop today for a total of 5 miles. My plan was 8, but of course I slept too long. I didn't really oversleep, I just didn't get out of bed until 9:00 instead of 8:30, and the extra half hour made that 3 mile difference. Not a huge loss overall.

The run was very easy, I find that when I roll out of bed and onto the road, my runs are fairly slow. I also find that no matter the pace, running up some of these hills makes me feel like I'm hauling ass. I get to the top and I'm breathing hard and sweating whereas at the bottom I'm barely working at all.
