Today was my first workout since May, and it went fantastically well considering everything. I did 25 minutes at steady state effort, using my HR as a bit of a guide to stay in the right level. I ended up running a little over 7:20 pace, which is not terrible given how little fast running I've been doing. I also felt great doing it: no pains, no weird fatigue, it was all a very positive experience.
