Notes

Easy 75 minute "long" run. My legs feel a little beat up by this one, I'll probably take tomorrow off. No need to rush things and get hurt again. This has the distinction of being the longest run I've done in a long time.

Interesting note: the 179 HR was recorded about 15 seconds into the run while I was moving at about 12 minute/mile pace. For the next 3/4 to mile or so, it was absolutely everywhere. Spike to 179, then drop to 100 after 10 seconds of walking, then 5 seconds of running and it was back to 170. I'll have to make sure the contacts are nice and moist before going out.
