Notes
This is my first "run" back in a long time. My leg has been pain free for about a week, so I decided to try a gentle activity. I did 1:00 walking intervals interspersed between 2:00 running intervals. No pain at all during the activity, but we'll see how it feels tomorrow. I plan to keep the walks the same for a while and increase the running gradually. Eventually I'll stop the walk breaks and I'll be a runner again.
