Easy five. I thought I'd get some practice with the "Kenyan Progression" that John Kellogg talks about, so I started really easy and tried to pick it up gradually. I ended up doing the first mile in about 9:00 and then the next mile in 7:40, so I held it back and then dropped to my regular pace. I guess I need that practice.
