Notes
Not a good run. It was so humid, so even though it was cooler than it has been, it was still decently hot and the humidity made it worse. I think there may be something else going on, as I had to stop at mile 6 and walk for about a 1/4 mile. My legs felt so heavy and awful today, I don't know what's up.
