I want to get better at paying attention to my body, so I ignored the watch today except to see what time to turn around. This run was decent, the legs felt fine, but I had to stop at the halfway point to rest due to low fuel. I forgot to eat lunch today and I paid for it severely during the run. I'm going to try to get more food into my body during the day to prevent this kind of thing from happening.
